All stretch headwraps come pre tied and are meant to easily slip on and off the head.
"Newborn" size fits approximately premie-3mo, "Baby" size fits approximately 0-6 months, "Child/Toddler" size fit 6mo-10 years+ based on our pre-tied measurement. When/if wraps are untied, they can be retied in one of our other ways, per the instructions that come with every order receipt.

All of our products are made to order & handmade. Turnaround time is 1-15 days (but we strive for less).

We love our Stevie J’s. We’ve tried other brands and no one compares.
Although I was pleased with the product the customer service was below average. After many attempts to get a status update the only response I recieved was when I posted on the Facebook page. I was feeling better when others were explaining how long it takes and that its worth the wait the business responded harshly that it was not the time nor the place to post order status! So they can respond immediately when it's a public Facebook post ( which was not Malicious nor degrading) but ignore my multiple emails politely asking for an order update? Yeah sorry but customer service is key with me and so it is sad but I will not be ordering again and it's just to bad because your product is quite nice.
